We offer Van, Car, Limo, Suburban to or pier to Ultramar Ferry.
The Ultramar ferry takes approximately 20 minutes. Children’s fare is really for very small children as it’s based on height. The Gran Puerto Ferry schedule is every half hour between 5:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m., then every hour until 11:30.
From Hotel Zone
There are three Ultramar docks in the hotel zone: Playa Caracol, El Embarcadero (Playa Linda) and Playa Tortuga. The fare is $19 plus $3 ferry fees (basically chairs for you to wait). The ferry schedule is a little more limited than to Gran Puerto, with the last ferry back from Isla Mujeres to Playa Linda and Playa Tortuga at 9:15. To Playa Caracol, the last ferry back is at 5:15.

A pictorial guide to navigating into the airport and getting to the transportation area station in Cancun Airport.
Once you arrive at Isla Mujeres: You have several options for reaching your lodgings, they are – walking, bicycle cab, cab, or shuttle. Walking is fine with minimum luggage to a nearby place; a bicycle cab is recommended if you are nearby but have more luggage than you can comfortably manage by yourself (they bike your luggage, you walk along, and they do this for tips, no set cost), of course, cabs are always another alternative. If you’re staying outside of the Centro area then a cab is necessary. Cab fare is around $5 USD from the ferry dock to hotels in Centro and around $9 to Sac Bajo, and that is for the full cab, not per person. Always ask before you get in the cab for the fare, some drivers will tack another dollar on and you can haggle it down. Not all lodging locations have a shuttle, contact your lodging prior to your trip to find out if they provide this service.
